Who we are
LeGreeno PowerTech, Kodaly, Thrissur, Kerala ("LeGreeno", "we") designs and installs rooftop solar systems. This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us through this website and the customer portal.
What we collect
Your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, district and address; details about your property, roof and electricity use; and, if you apply for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, the documents you upload (for example Aadhaar, PAN, bank passbook, land tax receipt, KSEB bill and site photographs).
Why we use it
To size and quote your solar system, contact you about your enquiry, prepare and track your subsidy and KSEB applications, install and service your plant, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
Processing your enquiry needs your consent, which you give when you submit a form or complete your profile. WhatsApp updates about your enquiry and project are optional and can be switched off at any time from your profile. Login codes are always sent on WhatsApp because they are needed to sign you in.
How we protect it
Documents are stored encrypted in India, are never publicly accessible, and are opened only by authorised LeGreeno staff through short-lived links. Every view of a document is logged. Aadhaar numbers are masked in our systems by default.
How long we keep it
We keep documents only as long as your subsidy application and applicable law require, and delete or anonymise them after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the email address in the site footer. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your subsidy application.
